INITIATIVES
Collaborative work groups taking action to shape the future of work

What Are FPW Initiatives?

FPW Initiatives are volunteer-led work groups addressing specific challenges in the continuous improvement community. Each initiative brings together diverse perspectives from across our community to tackle everything from AI integration to next-generation leadership development. These self-managed teams develop practical solutions and implement real changes across organizations.

How it Works

Each initiative operates independently with support from FPW's infrastructure. Teams maintain their own documentation, set their own meeting schedules, and manage their own deliverables. FPW provides the connecting framework and periodic forums for sharing progress and insights across the community.
