What is the FPW Community Zoom?
Facilitated by Co-Leads, Eric Olsen and Rachel Reuter, this monthly gathering is designed to foster collaboration, share progress, and grow our community of practice dedicated to shaping the future of work. It's a structured yet flexible meeting where participants contribute to the agenda and direct the conversation.
Typical 10,000 foot plan for the session:

Welcome and Lightning Round Report Outs - Initiative Check In (30 sec each). 5 min

Impromptu Networking - 3 Rounds, 3 minutes each with Prompt of the Month 15 min

Lean Coffee Table Breakouts. 25 min

You're welcome to bring your real coffee and connect with your online friends to discuss all things continuous improvement.
Who is invited?
This gathering is open to anyone who cares about improving how people work. We especially welcome people who are curious about better ways of working, interested in learning from others, and open to sharing experiences across different industries, roles, and improvement approaches.
Whether you work in operations, leadership, HR, education, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, government, or are simply passionate about people-centered improvement, you belong here. You do not need to follow a specific method or come with expert knowledge. This space is designed for open conversation, shared learning, and practical insights that help create real change.
If you value working together, including diverse perspectives, learning continuously, and turning ideas into action, you are invited.
